For a person with a disability, finding and maintaining employment, as well as being accepted, can be a trying and difficult process. This program follows four young adults, with different disabilities, facing challenges at various stages of the employment process. They talk about obstacles and successes in trying to find or keep a job. They discuss the attitudes of employers and co-workers while examining their own attitudes and feelings.

Use this documentary to help encourage people with disabilities to cope with problems in the workplace and give them an understanding of issues and obstacles they may face.
