MAILING LIST REMOVAL

If you no longer wish to receive catalog mailings from us, please fill out the following form.

In addition, you can speak to our Customer Service Department at 800-543-2119 or 315-452-0643 and request to be removed or you can fax your request to 315-452-0710. When faxing please include a copy of the actual label. Once we receive your request, we will promptly update our records.

Please note: We will be happy to remove you from any mailing list that we generate from our own customer records, but please be aware that we may not be able to remove your name from lists that we purchase from outside vendors - although we will make every effort to make your name inactive if you so request.
