Wake Up Call was developed as a training film for staff working with people with disabilities addressing the way consumers want staff to speak, work, relate and interact with them.

This video includes messages from UCP of New York City self-advocates, Commissioner Matthew Sapolin from the New York City Mayor’s Office for Persons With Disabilites, and comedian Geri Jewell who was the first person with a disability to have a regular role on a prime time series.
